Pete & Cassandra Schiavone bought a smoker & started selling smoked sausage kielbasas on-a-stick on the porch of their deep-rooted and successful produce market 'Frank's Fruit Market' back in the early 90's. That smoker then grew into two, which then grew into a full service deli counter, which grew into high demand... eventually the were slingin' more smoked meats than they could keep up with because of the quality, consistency and secret rub that the locals couldn't get enough of. They transitioned out of the produce industry and when full steam (or should we say smoke?) into the BBQ business. After perfecting their recipes, they opened the first Can't Stop Smokin' Smokehouse in Ruidoso, NM
